Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Royal Safe Pty Ltd (ABN 23 700 293 410) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies.

Delivery and installation are quoted separately, because cost depends on the safe, your location and the access at your address. We will confirm that cost with you before your order is processed.

We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and the delivery arrangements with you. Until then we may decline an order, including where stock is unavailable or we cannot safely deliver to your address.

Safes are heavy. Delivery timeframes and the method of delivery depend on the model and your location, and we will confirm both before dispatch.

• You must tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow access and any other restriction when you order. If access is materially different on the day, we may need to reschedule and charge the additional cost.
• Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery.
• Where we install and anchor the safe, you are responsible for confirming you are permitted to drill or fix into the floor or wall, including any landlord or body corporate approval.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Each safe carries a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the period shown on its product page. That warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or attempted forced entry.
• Lockouts caused by lost keys or forgotten combinations, though we can usually help — contact us.
• Normal wear to finishes, and corrosion caused by unsuitable installation environments.
• Consumable items such as batteries.

If something is wrong with your safe, contact us and we will work through it with you under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us before arranging anything. Because safes are heavy and are often installed, a change-of-mind return may involve return freight and uninstallation costs, and the safe must be unused and in its original condition. We will confirm any applicable costs with you in writing first.

Custom or special-order items may not be returnable for change of mind. We will tell you before you order if that applies.

Nothing on this website is a guarantee against theft, forced entry or fire. Product descriptions, ratings and capacities describe the product itself; they are not a promise about any particular outcome. Please check your insurer's requirements before relying on a safe for insured valuables.

We take care with the information on this site, but specifications and availability can change. Images are representative and finishes may vary slightly. The content, branding and imagery on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or paying the cost of doing so.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction.
